Large Quantity Sales (over 12 pieces)

We are primarily a company that sells larger quantities to groups, individuals, parties, shops, conventions etc. If you need more than 12 shirts, go to our Wholesale Site instead for great discounts. We operate this retail site for the convenience of those that like our shirts but only need one or two.

Our primary catalog is this website. We do not have a printed retail catalog.

Ordering

Ordering online is preferred. Online orders can be shipped faster than phoned orders since we don't have to manually enter your information into our system). There's less chance for errors to occur, as well. If ordered online before 11 am, we can usually ship your order the same day.

Payment

Credit Card (MasterCard / Visa / American Express), We do not charge your card until we ship, even if you usethe online ordering system. No COD's You can also prepay by check, however your check must arrive within 5 days of ordering.

Returns & Exchanges

We know you are going to love the quality of the shirts, but please take a moment to look at our sizechart to make sure of your size. Our "Normal" fit is about 3/4 size larger than our "classic". (We changed our patterns to more closely match the size increases that have been gradually occurring at other retailers). Thank you for your kind understanding and help on reducing returns and size exchanges. This will help us avoid price increases related to processing exchanges in the future.

Exchanges / Returns accepted for 3 weeks after purchase.
Returned shirts must unused, in neat condition with tags still attached.
Shipping is not refundable.
Shipping applies on exchanges. Let us know if we should use a different credit card.
Refunds over $100 are charged a wholesale industry standard 6% fee to recoup charge card processing costs.
